| Abstract |
In this paper, a substation HMI based on IEC 61850 is proposed that uses SCL to have all information in substation to include standard concept of IEC 61850. A proposed substation HMI using SCL based on IEC 61850 expresses different display by each substation structure and component device change in substation. A proposed substation HMI is designed by IEC 61850 standard, and it suits for future substation HMI based on IEC 61850. A proposed HMI is proved by a program that is made by Visual C++ to use SCL file based on XML. |
