| Abstract |
This paper describes the background of the electrical safety emergency dispatch system and analyzes the operational status of the system. This system is to provide the enhanced electrical safety service to general-purpose electrical equipment users. Annual average of about 6 million cases have been implemented since 2005. In order to enhance electrical safety service and more effectively prevent electrical disasters in future, institutional expansion of the electrical safety emergency dispatch system with keeping budget is necessary. If periodic inspections with a remote monitoring system is applied, the effect of electrical safety will be improved. |
