Abstract |
Due to recent interest in disaster preparedness, the load composition required for the operation of shelters and power generation composition are also becoming important. In this paper, based on the report of the Disaster Research Institute, the emergency load is set up and the expected peak load is calculated according to the size of the shelter and the acceptable number of people. The emergency load is set by separating the electric emergency load and the hot water emergency load. The load pattern is divided by the seasonal heating and cooling loads and the capacity of the fuel cell is calculated based on its peak load, which enables both heat and electricity to be independent at the same time. The capacity of the ESS is calculated so as to cover the constantly generated electricity and heat energy to the load which changes every hour. |
