| Abstract |
This paper applies a Bayesian optimization-based parameter calibration procedure to a Type 4 wind turbine generator generic model to reproduce responses that comply with the Korean grid code performance verification criteria. A time-weighted squared-error objective function was formulated as the evaluation criterion for parameter calibration. After setting the calibration target parameters, a sequential calibration procedure was applied considering the control structure of the model. The proposed procedure was applied to a case system, and the calibrated model showed output responses closer to the reference responses than the initial model. |
