Abstract This paper is noise reduction for electrical facilities of digital textile printer. Control panel system for inkjet head printing are composed to power supply part, motor control part, head control and communication board part, sensors and cable-bare harness. A diverse noises are caused from electrical facilities in such instances. It are effected to communication signal error of control board by conductivity noise, inducement noise and electromagnetic wave noise. Accordingly, this paper was reduce to noise by method that were bypass of integration ground wire to booth-bar, separate of power cable and communication cable, cable shield ground wire, attach with magnetic core of motor cable. These stable control system were acquired the printing result of spotless clean color image.
