Abstract |
This paper proposes a risk(R) assessment model for power facilities based on Fuzzy Expert System in order to enhance resilience in the power system. The proposed model is composed of the exposure(E) and the vulnerability(V) for facilities in the power system from the natural disasters such as extreme weather conditions. The E and V could be estimated from the characteristic for disasters and facilities based on Fuzzy Expert System. In the case study, it is confirmed that the proposed model could inform the risk level for each facilities to system operators, intuitively. In the future, it is expected that the model would not only contribute to improving the resilience of the power system, but also provide a more reliable standard for the power system operation. |
