Abstract |
This paper presents the criteria for determining recovery priority that can improve the post-event resilience. Through case studies, it is checked whether the existing recovery strategy, which considers recovered capacity or connection with the main bus, works well even in extreme disaster. This paper proposes a new strategy that considers not only the recovered capacity but also the time required for recovery as a recovery strategy that can improve resilience. In addition, this paper proposes a new method to identify interrupted customers after a disaster. The proposed method can calculate the amount of power interrupted simply without iterative calculation or modification of the matrix representing the power system structure. The resilience results of the recovery priority according to each strategy were compared for the three IEEE test feeders, from the N-2 to the N-5 contingency. |
