Abstract |
Recently, new and renewable power generation facilities have increased the use of parts imported from major developed countries. Therefore, in case of a breakdown, repair takes a long time, consequently affecting manufacturing time and maintenance of the facility standards. In this study, after 3D scanning of the wind generator blade through the reverse design process, a model for CAD/CAM/CAE was designed and the aerodynamic performance was analyzed to verify its performance. The performance of the reverse design blade was 6.01% different from the currently available product, but there was a 2.28% difference if the wind speed was 5m/s or higher confirming its efficiency and similarity with the currently available product. In addition, drawings necessary for blade manufacturing could be produced and 10 airfoil shapes were obtained. Through this, it is possible to reverse the design and apply it in the design and manufacturing industries such as automobiles, agricultural machinery, aircraft, and military industries, and it is a potential basis for localization and a means to secure domestic technologies. |
