Abstract |
To minimize carbon emissions, the government is increasingly focusing on commissioning, which is aimed at reducing carbon emissions from buildings. However, commissioning in the construction field is currently not active due to a lack of awareness, a lack of willingness of construction participants to perform and a lack of promotion of its effectiveness. In this study, from the definition and analysis of commissioning to the evaluation criteria of commissioning in the current domestic and international Green Standard for Energy and Environmental Design (G-SEED), we identified the level of domestic commissioning. Through this, we examined the rationale for scoring of commissioning as the most essential evaluation criterion for energy saving in future domestic green building certification and propose improvement measures to maximize the effectiveness of green buildings. |
