Abstract |
This study was conducted with the aim of deriving a plan to activate and upgrade the machinery and equipment industry information system using usability evaluation methodology. In this study, 40 experts were surveyed for usability evaluation and system improvement demand analysis using the System Usability Scale (SUS) for the machine facility industry information system built and operated under the Mechanical Equipment Act (Article 7). It was able to produce major results to secure the sustainability and advancement of the machinery and equipment industry information system, where various important data for the implementation of carbon neutrality in buildings, energy reduction, and the stable management and operation of urban buildings are processed and distributed. As a result of the study, system and function improvements were proposed to enhance the utilization of the machinery and equipment industry information system. Specifically, it was proposed to 1) strengthen the automation function of automation and business processing of target buildings, 2) strengthen linkage with e-government systems, and 3) establish and operate a comprehensive support system through an integrated call center. |
