| Abstract |
LLC resonant converters have been studied owing to their high power density, high efficiency, low electromagnetic interference, and soft switching capabilities. However, they have limitations for high step-up application. In this paper, a DC-DC converter using secondary-side LCLC resonant converter was proposed. By placing an LCLC resonant tank on secondary side, the current stress on the resonant capacitor can be reduced, and the primary side switches can be turned on with zero voltage. The results exhibited a secondary-side LCLC resonant converter circuit with high efficiency and high power density in a wide input voltage range. The validity of the proposed circuit was verified through 300[W] test-bed experiment and PSIM simulation. |
