| Abstract |
AbstractThe aim of this paper is to suggest the basic materials for housing model that is proper to korean lifestyle by analysing outward appearance of wooden house that have been built in suburb of korean cities from the end of 1970s. For this, as background information, we investigated the developing process of outward shape of wooden houses in U. S. and Canada. And next we researched the effect of material condition as a wood on housing structure. Finally we analysed 87 wooden houses that are built in Korea in their mass structure, roof shape, chimney shape and dormer window etc |
