In the 21th century, quality of living could be determined by how fast one gains information and utilizes it. In this circumstance, a public library is in charge of forming t1)he foundation. Considering the local conditions, a library need to be accessible to all inhabitants . Studying libraries in advanced countries ,where cultural infrastructure is well developed, it could be concluded that a high level of services are provided and related facilities are well equipped. But our domestic public libraries fall behind in quantities and qualities . They might not get in circumstances with changes . To solve this, it is necessary to establish the network system and station a service position to install branch buildings providing basic services |
