| Abstract |
In this study, Repaired Period for Durability of Finishing Materials in Apartment Building were studied. To help comprehension of repair cycle by durability, N.John Habraken professor`s 『Support/Infill Approach』 and Japan`s house production system 『CHS (Century Housing System)』theoretical studying do. Durability of the finishing materials and equipments were analyzed as similar to the durability standard by the Ministry of Construction and Transportation. -To introduce life period of finishing material indicating system -For dwellers to participate in selecting finishing material Focusing with these solutions of obstacles, housing component activating plans are suggested, and the specific activating plans are suggested as approaching methods of 2 steps referred to solution of domestic problems and the developed countries’ housing components developing process. |
