| Abstract |
This research is based on the analysis of major factors of university facilities` remodeling process. Through the typical case study on the current university facilities` remodeling buildings, the process composed by the three phases :the Request phase, the Analysis phase, the Planning phase. The analysis phase contains four steps : the Preliminary investigation, the Implementation plan, the Specific investigation, the Remodeling plan and all of the phases contains forty-nine check items. By the feed back method of analysis the steps will be cross checked each others : The each phase is considered in the three aspects of practical remodeling project : the Space extension type, the Change of interior space usage type, the Renewal of exterior image. The planning checklist in this study will suggest an useful tool to manage the remodeling project of university facilities in the beginning stage of planning. |
