| Abstract |
This study proposes BIM guidelines to review living environment certification without obstacles, which are created for the disadvantaged, automatically using the information of BIM model. The primary approach is to investigate and analyze the existing BIM Guidelines and BIM projects to understand the current status of the domestic BIM design processes. With the analyzed status, we analyzed development conditions of the BIM Guidelines on the basis of Level of Development (LOD), set definition of each step through comparative analysis with the existing design process, and set modeling level for each LOD steps. After that, the items in the living environment certification without obstacles are matched to the level of BIM model step-by-step. Finally, we propose a guideline to review the living environment certification without obstacles automatically. |
