Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to confirm the effectiveness of user - centered service design through the case study on urology clinic design development based on user - centered service design theory. The most important thing is the "process" effect. Through the application of the user-oriented design process, the project was able to accurately identify the needs of the users(medical staff, staff and patients) above all, and it can be judged that the most important thing in reflecting this contributed to the successful operation of the project. Also, through the introduction of service design elements, it was possible to expand the information delivery power and to standardize the design information, and to expand the experience. As a result, it can be confirmed that it can actively perform its role when developed as a user of design, and it is confirmed that this is the highest contact factor among the marketing factors. The key to achieving this is that the accurate design development process and the active reflection of the process are important. |
