| Abstract |
National Gwacheon Science Museum has been redesigning exhibitions for the 10th anniversary. Through the surveys and tracking reasurch, the visiotor behavior was quantified and interpreted. Depending on the type of visitors, exhibition Pathway and exhibition strategies should be planned. The types of visitors are shown according to the exhibition arrangement structure. Aggressive visitors are not affected much by the formation of pathway because detailed exploration is done. Passive audiences are affected by the degree of integration and tend to follow a high degree of integration. Passive visitors will be influenced by the degree of integration and choose a high degree of integration. Aggressive visitors are not sensitive to many exhibits, but passive visitors are sensitive to museum fatigue. Based on these data, exhibition layout and exhibition design strategy should be designed. For passive visitors with a high level of integration, it should be planned as an exhibition with easy and quick understanding. In a place with low integration, it should be planned to convey a lot of exhibition information for active visitors. |
