Abstract |
Since the 1990s, the residential space in rural areas has changed rapidly depending on the urban residential space. So the purpose of the study is to compare and analyze the changes in the depth of space, site layout, and floor plan in the Standard Rural-house Design Plans(SRDP) in 2009 and later. The scope of study is 32 types of SRDP from 2009 to 2014. The research results will be summarized as follows : 1)In 2009, it was classified by floor plan form, and since 2010, it has used the changing times as a concept of floor plan development. 2) The floor plans were analyzed at the highest percentage of area between 26 and 30 pyeong. But since 2010, floor plans have been mainly made for floor plans that are smaller than 25 pyeong. 3)The living room was 100 percent facing south in the directional analysis of the living room and porch. However, the location of the porch was analyzed to be changing depending on the location of the parking lot. 4) In the analyzed SRDP, direct entry through the porch was rare. Most houses tend to weaken the privacy of houses as they enter the interior(living room) through the toenmaru. 5)The size and the number of master bedrooms(MB) were judged to reflect changes in the living conditions of the rural areas and the decrease in population. As a result, from 2009 to 2014, the number of rooms in the floor plan tends to decrease and the area of rooms tends to decrease. 6) It was analyzed that the depth of space from the main entrance(ME) to MB in 2009 was higher than the depth of the MB in the ME. However, the standard floor plan for 2010, 2012, and 2014 was analyzed to show a tendency to decrease privacy as the depth of the space from the ME to the MB was lower than that of the ME. |
