| Abstract |
The financial market is experiencing innovative environmental changes that incorporate digital technology. In order to survive the environment, the existing banks have begun to strategically create collaboration points with heterogeneous industries. The purpose of this study is to identify changes in the interior space of banks and to find ways to utilize the space through case analysis. (Research Method) Analyzes the business function of banks and examines the effect of the collabo on the change of the interior space of the bank. Based on the H bank case, we will explore ways to utilize the interior space of the bank according to the collaboration. (Conclusion) At first, the area used by customers in the bank was increased and the workspace of employees was reduced by the collaboration. At the second, the customer entry movement was changed from the entry via ATM's to two independent entries by Culture Bank Collabo. The independent entry lines were planned considering the influence of security of the bank and the concept depending on the partners. At the third, bank counter layout was changed from the front door layout to side layout. This study presents the utilization and basic data of the plan by analyzing the change of the indoor space due to the change of the financial environment. |
