Abstract |
Since Kuma kengo criticized a modern architecture as an object, he has pursued anti-objects in his works. It was essential to use the materials for Placeness and granulating of elevation materials, which have established his own architectural philosophy. This study is to know how Kuma Kengo’s architectural spaces make it possible to experience subjective spaces internally with temporality. Temporality was brought about by the development of modern architectural spaces. For this study, we have analyzed six works of Kuma kengo with three analysis frameworks (actual temporality, abstract temporality and contextual temporality). This results of these analysis are the Temporality formulated by using of materials and composition of granulating. In conclusion, the real, the abstract, and the contextual temporalities were shown in his works. |
