The Haedong Best Paper Award is an annual recognition presented by the Journal of Semiconductor Technology and Science (JSTS) to honor outstanding contributions in the field of semiconductor research. Sponsored by the Haedong Science and Culture Foundation, this award highlights excellence in academic and industrial research published in JSTS.
Each year, top papers are selected through a rigorous evaluation process based on originality, technical significance, and impact. Awards are given in two categories: Academic and Industry. From 2025 onward, the awards will be presented regardless of the academic or industry classification.
