| Abstract |
Large Citys have every kind of facilities and have recorded economic growth and its regional development.But there are some problems, for example population concentration, traffic congestion and funtion concentration. Goverment enacted "Urban Renewal Law" in 1976 as purpose of urban's development and improvement of public welfare as part of solving problems. But Urban Renewal Project has increased business office use and has decreased others use.Therefore, this study analize the change of building use before and after Urban Renewal Project in Seoul City. Centering around change of office use, this study analize that any kinds of office use are mainly located in the Urban Renewal Buildings. |
