Abstract Condensed silica-fume (CSF) is a by-product of the smelting process used to produce silicon-metal and ferrosilicon alloys. The microsilica-fume may significantly influence fresh and hardened concrete properties such as fluidity, strength and durability in concrete. When the properties of silica-fume concrete are considered, it is important to keep in mind that silica-fume is used to improve concrete properties both in fresh and hardened state. The aim of this study is to provide the possibility of production of ultra high strength concrete onthe basis of comparing and investigating the consistency and workability, compressive and tensile strenth, dynamic and static modulus of elasticity, rebound number, stress-strain wave of silica-fume high strength concrete combined wiht superplasticizing agents in the side of new development of structural concrete.
