| Abstract |
The objectives of this study are 1) to observe the building use by the rental form and the rental valus, 2) to investigate the building use by the floor, 3) to analize the use floor by the building use.The results are as follows;1) The buildings of exclusive owner's use are chiefly used in the buliding use of finance, lodging, collective sale, and the rental buildings are used in the various business use and service use.2) The buildings in the high rental value are mainly used in the building use of finance, electron, fiber, and the buildings in the low rental value are used in the service use. 3) The building use of low floors (1-5 floor) are used in sale and service use, and the building use of high floors (10-20 floor) are used in the building use of finance, constrution and transportation. |
