In attempting to maximize productivity improvement in construction industry it is important to focus effort on those areas which represent the grea st potential for productivity improvement rather than to focus effort equally on all areas.Workers have a significant influence on construction productivity. Therefore the purpose of this study is to provide basic data for motivation of workers in construction industry by analyzing their performancerate and job dissatisfaction.Through the result of this study, research team knows that most workers want improvement of earnings for their job. |
