| Abstract |
The principal contents of this study, which has tried to develope the Life Cycle Cost Model in Equipment of Domestic Apartment Houses, are as follows:(1)Equipment systems of domestic apartment houses are divided into four categories called dependant system and independent system to physical structure, recessiveness system and not-recessiveness system. The classification of equipment is done by a cost pattern to be paid (2)The concept of initial cost model is to multiply unit price by quantity, and energy cost model is developed in the concept to reflect the operating recessiveness of equipment.(3)Total cost of equipment can be calculated using following equation;LCCsum=IC+RPC+EC |
