Housing Needs for the 3-generation-Sharing House in Reference to the Middle-Aged of Metropolis |
| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to verify housing needs and selection for the 3-generation-sharing house in case of the middle-aged living in the metropoiltan areas. Data was collected througout the 6 metropolitan areas all around the country. 1279 data was analized by canonical correlation, factor analysis, multiple regression, probit analysis. The major findings of the study are as follows: Their family characteristics influence the selection of the 3-generation-sharing house. It is possible to predict the type of the 3-generation-sharing house which the middle aged will select by ordinal scaled multinominal probit analysis. |
