A Study for Student Housing and Campus Village Development |
| Abstract |
Since 1980, 13 universities in Seoul constructed the 2nd campuses(72,000 students) all over the country following Government's population and regional development policy. The study includes a field survey on the condition of student housing and campus villages in the new campuses in Kyongki Province, especially focusing those in Yongin County. It evaluates several levels of regional and urban plans, public and private development activities, and County authority's development plan related to campus vallage. Finally it concludes some promises required for student housing and campus village development, then proposes several measures for the different levels of facilities and related factors. |
