A Study on the standard and arrangement of the convenience facilities in the residential complexes |
| Abstract |
As a result of urbanization, overpopulation in a city brings about shortage in housing. In order to solve this problem, the method of developing residential complex is adopted in many residential development. The purpose of this method is to establish a comfortable environment, the result of many developemts has brought high density in the residential district and caused shortage of community facilities. This study considers location of facilities within optimum walking distance, and analyzes the capacity on a macroscopic standpoint, and investigates user pattern in the facilities, and examines the problems regarding the laws on housing development. The purpose of this study is to suggest basic data in planning of community facilities in the residential complex. |
