| Abstract |
The objectives of this study are 1)to observe the opinion of urban renewal and 2)to investigate the influence of Urban Renewal by the enquete analysis. Enquete surveys were carried in the Urban Renewal District. Enquete respondents are dwellers and persons who serve on the spot.The results are as follows:1)There are some problems in the enforcement of Urban Renewal;for example, the designation of Urban Renewal District, the enforcement method and enforcement body of Urban Renewal. But it is necessary to enforce Urban Renewal, as many respondents have a good opinion on the enforcement of Urban Renewal.2)About the influence of Urban Renewal, respondents feel that parking and sunshine have a negative influence. But the correlation of Urban Renewal Building, road improvement,building elevation and other matters shows a positive response. And Urban Renewal bring on the rise of the land price and rental price. |
