| Abstract |
In order to protect the visual interferences within VDT work spaces, the establishment of the lighting standards and guides based on experimental results are needed.This study has been carried out two experiments to make the standards and guides. In the experiment 1, the preferred luminance of the characters and the proper luminance ratio of characters/background on the CRT screen is extracted.In the experiment 2, the preferred luminance distribution of the CRT screen and surroundings is found out.The data made in this study is expected to utilize in the lighting planning on VDT work spaces as standards and guides. |
