| Abstract |
In this study, in order to select the most economical alternative upon considering Life Cycle Cost (LCC) which involve the initial cost and the running cost, during the economic life cycle of building, the LCC analysis system is modelled. And the cost saving methodology which links this system with VE techniques is developed for the purpose of helping engineers to make decisions in saving cost rationally.In addition, to evaluate not only LCC but non-economical items, such as performance, beauty, and other conditions synthetically, the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is adopted. And the computerization of the AHP is implemented for efficient application. |
