| Abstract |
Recently, a rapid increase in apartment's running cost has stressed the importance of saving repair-replacement cost. In order to reduce the cost, optimization of the expenditure schedule for each multi-layer system is necessary. Most effective method to determine such expenditure schedule is to minimize the cost based on total repair-replacement cost required during the life cycle. In this study, the type of deterioration curve is defined, the repair-replacement schedule is suggested, and the optimum repair-replacement cost is calculated for the multi-layer system of apartment building. |
