A Study on the Relationship between the Space Allocation and the Income of Hotel in Seoul |
| Abstract |
This study is to analyze the relationship between the space allocation and the income of City Hotel in Seoul.The space allocation of hotel is composed of the lodging part, the public part and the other part.The income of hotel is composed of lodging income and the public income. The studied hotels are classified 3 types by the grade-special, ordinary 1st and 2nd, 3rd hotels.Through the Multiple Regression Method, this study suggests that more profit in public part than in loading part should be obtained in the special and ordinary 1st grade hotel, and less profit in ordinary 2nd, 3rd grade hotels. |
