Abstract It is the purpose of this study to improve consistency and workability of steel fiber reinforced silica-fume concrete by using superplasticizing agents in the fresh concrete and to investigate and analyze compressive strength, tensile strength, dynamic and static modulus of elasticity, ultrasonic pulse velocity, rebound number and stress-strain wave of hardened concrete reinforcing steel-fiber to improve the brittleness of high strength concrete.And it is also to provide the fundamental data after experimenting study on the engineering properties of steel fiber reinforced silica-fume concrete in the side of development of new material in the building construction.
