| Abstract |
Standard Penetration Test(SPT) is generally used to characterize engineering properties of ground materials for building foundation design. BUT, SPT results might cause severe errors by many factors such as excess pore water pressure, effect of transferred energy ets., and especially in clayey soil it must be performed simultaneously with another test to obtain reliable results. In this study, various in-situ test results performed in clayey soil, thus SPT, CPT, FVT is studied by the comparative method for applications of building foundation. |
