An Approach on the Range in Public Practical Use of Underground Living Space |
| Abstract |
The aim of this study is to develop an underground space and suggest a scheme on range in public and practical use of living space through survey in basement spaces of six cities as Seoul, Pusan, Daegu, Daejeon, Kwangju and Cheongju city in Korea.The contents are composed of; a conceptional definition on underground space and living space, a theoretical approach on application, a fact-finding survey on basement buildings.So as to apprach on the range on public and practical use of the results are as follows. First, from the national point of view;:(1)To magnify and reflect on a concept for underground in the process of urvan planning. (2)To induce importance on application of living space. (3)To induce a public development and economic aid. (4)To develop a service space. Second, as constructor of undertaking :(1)To erect development plan from an long term view. (2)To ensure an identity of installment space. (3)To magnify a comfort abillity and an utilization. (4)To ensure connection with upper space. Third, as public conception of basements: (1)2nd or 3rd basements should handle by conception of public use. (2)Public use basements should own by government. (3) Every bridge that are connected with underground or upperground should own by government. |
