Title Optimum Usage Level of Corrosion Inhibitor against Chloride in Reinforced Concrete Using Sea-Sand

Abstract The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of corrosion inhibitor against chloride in reinforced concrete using sea-sand and to estimate the optimum usage level of corrosion inhibitor. The use of corrosion inhibitor took effect but the exess use of corrosion inhibitor proved to be of little efficiency. An eqation of the optimum usage level of corrosion inhibitor is suggested as follows, P=H(K-0.3)+(R+0.3)P:the optimum usage level of corrosion inhibitor (l/m3).H:correlation factor in re-bar corrosion (3.855)K:gross amount of chloride in concrete (kg/m3).R:W/C ratio
