A Study on the Density Characteristics of Multi-Dwelling Estates Classified by supply Sectors |
| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to analyze the density characteristics of multi-dwelling estates supplied by Korea National Housing Corporation (KNHC: 226 estates), Private (Joint Redevelopment) Construction Company (PJRC: 40 estates), and Seoul Urban Development Corporation (SUDC: 10 estates). The range of high density of multi-dwelling estates classified by supply sectors is determined by relationships between the rate of building volume and density of dwelling unit. The averages of the rate of building volume and density of dwelling unit of high density multi-dwelling estates are as follows: (1) KNHC: 182.6%, 261 unit/ha; (2) PJRC: 252.4%, 298 unit/ha; and (3) SUDC: 207.1%, 329 unit/ha. |
