A study on the architectural planning of the density of the Multiple Housing |
| Abstract |
Generally, We have many indicators in planning, but they have different standards in different point of view. But to determine the proper density is very important on the cost efficiency and residential environmental point. To get the proper density, setting up the proper indicators and finding correlations is essential. In the previous study with selected indicators, many sites in Korea and Japan were surveyed and characteristics are compared and analized. With such comparison, through the simultion of indicators of density, correlations and variation of rate of volume is compared with those indicators.On the basis of the results, survey of inhabitant's consciousness structure of those cites was made and investigated through the statistic method. It was concluded that density can be considered with new concepts. |
