The Characteristics of Energy Consumption and Environmental Maintenance in Cleanroom |
| Abstract |
Cleanrooms are steadily increasing in number along with the development of high-tech industries such as electronics, pharmaceuticals and medical fields etc. So,it is necessary to get the unique design and construction technology of coeanroom suitable to the occasion and our situation.The purpose of this study is to grasp the situation and characteristics abut energy consunption through investigating thd actual energy consumption in cleanrooms, and is to suggest the basic data for performing the energy conservation and optimum design of cleanroom.In this sutdy, 74 cleanrooms of 64 companies is Korea were investigated. Maintenance of main environmental factors and thd characteristics of energy consumption classified by the heat unit, annual and monthly chages were grasped. |
