A Study on the Locational Choice of Business Activities |
| Abstract |
The change of industrial structure took place in the location of various functions on which the economic activities of enterprises were based. The business activities concentrate in teh C.B.D of big cities, as the C.B.D include economic merits such as traffic facilities, location of business supporting activities and convenience of information gathering.The offices located in the Urban Renewal District include various types such as headquarters of major companies, small office of new enterprises or small companies, offices of business supporting activities. The objectives of this study are 1)to investigate the actual conditions of offices in Urban Renewal District, 2)to observe conditions of location and choice reason of office, 3)to examine the interrelationship of enterprises by the enquete analysis. |
