Abstract The artificial lightweight concrete has been used only as non-structural materials. Recently, the study on the lightweight concrete used as structural materials is in progress. As a method for that, they are using zeolite which has an effect of enhancing a compressive strength because of its reaction of possolan, and economical proficiency. So, the purpose of this paper is to investigate the properties of lightweight concrete admixed with natural zeolite and to propose fundamental data for high-strength lightweight concrete.As a result of this study, an increasing effect of compressive strength is the best in case of dosage rate 10%. And the compressive strength of zeolite-concrete is high when the particle of zeolite is fine.
