Title |
An Analytic Method determining Improvement Priorities for the Housing Environments by Residents` Satisfaction |
Abstract |
Considering limited resources, efforts, and budgets in housing design, it is critical to assess properly which property has to be improved prior to others. Conceptually, improvement priorities are determined by the level of residents' satisfaction and the weight-influencing strength to overall satisfaction-for each environmental properties involved. For their proper quantification, an analytic method was suggested in statistical model and tested through a case study. |
