A Study on the Housing Design by the Behavioral Approach in Low-in-come Apartments |
Abstract |
The goal of this study is that housing political and physically spatial problems in low-income apartment are resolved with ecomonical condition.To solve these problems, this paper shows analyses of the exisisting housing policy for low-income apartments in Korea, and the adaptable solutions for these problems are proposed.On proceeding of this study, the field survey and the referential study is operated to make results of suitable living unit size with low-income residents as an ecomonical condition.Following conclusions from this study are shown:1)In constructing of low-income housing, a task of the National Housing Corporation and Municipal Development Corporation must be adjusted to make a balance with Private Management Corproation.2)On physical aspects, the residents of low-income apartment evaluate and classify the living unit space as six factors: factor one(1) is related with space arrangement, factor two(2) is related with room size, factor three(3) is related with equipments and sanitation, factor four(4) id related with service area, factor five(5) is related with spatial form and factor six(6) is related with living unit size.3)As we think of economical condition of low-income people, a suitable houing size for them is approximately 20 pyeung and A number of room is three(3) on physical aspects.Therefore, when a person in practice-including a official, a planner, a developer and an architect-handles low-income residetial housing, he should be consider with classified factors with their meaning, and makes the plan for living unit space as consideration with the importance of each factors. |
