| Abstract |
This study was carried out to propose an appropriate evaluation method and standard of floor impact sound insulation for apartment house by psycho-acoustic method in the appropriately conditioned laboratory.Fifty-six subjects paticipated in the experiment and were asked to fill in questionnaire sheets on loudness noisiness and annoyance for each sound. Fifty-seven sound stimuli consisting of twenty-five single impact sounds and thirty-two successive impact sounds were pressentedin random order. In this paper relationships between physically measured values and psychological response are investigated and an appropriate evaluation method and standard are suggested. |
