A Study on the Actual Condition of High-Rise Apartment Buildings |
| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to survey the residential and performance standards of high-rise apartment buildings. To design more convenient and efficient high-rise apartment buildings, we ought to consider various aspects like the size and spatial composition of a unit, satety factors, the present building regulations.To understand the existing problems of high-rise apartment buildings in this study, residential circumstances and conditions of them were investigated through questionnaires, observations and records of the representative six high-rise apartment buildings in Seoul and Ansan. The survey consists of questionnaires of 400 households investigation of design documents and actual observation.This reseach consists of 21 items per household and 4 items per building. the gousehold characteristics, living conditions, living consciousness and safety of building, etc. were analyzed. |
