| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to develop a Post Occupancy Housing Evalution Methodlogy focused on the ApartmentHousing. A POE model on the apartment housing environment is established and through case studies Evaluation Criteria Elements' model which has a signiticant effecton housing satisfadtion is develped.Based on the results obtained throuh case studies(POE), guidelines which should be considered in planning the gousing environment are suggested. And finally thd POE methodology model on the housing environment discussed in thd present study is proposed. The signficance and the limits of the proposed POE methodology is diagnosed and the future direction and research problems for the apartment housing environment are suggested. |
