A Study on the Composition of Building Size and Account in the City Hotel |
| Abstract |
The present society shows the enlargement of urban function, the increase of urban population and the rise of a land price. City hotel should get a suitable building size and new facilities for its basic purpose which accomodates the lodging, repose and meeting. The purpose of this study is to analyze the building area and the current accounts of the city hotel in Seoul by the numbers of guestroom, the land price and the site place for the optimum building area for the self-supporting management of hotel when the hotel will be constructed. The results are follows.When the city hotel is constructed in 4 gates in Seoul building gross area = 122.47 x (guestroom No.s)+4.42 x (land price) -29.05When the city hotel is constructed out of 4 gates in Seoul building gross area = 122.47 x (guestroom No.s)+4.42 x (land price ) + 7221.17Gross profit per year(million won) =3.55x(guestroom No.s)-3727.11 |
